LEGAL NOTES

Cookie Policy www.arquati.com

This document contains information about the technologies used by this Application to achieve the purposes described below. This technology allows the Data Controller to collect and store information (e.g. through the use of Cookies) or to use resources (e.g. by running a script) on the User’s device when they interact with this Application.

In this document,  such technologies are all referred to simply as “Trackers”, unless there is a reason to differentiate.

For example, although Cookies can be used in both web and mobile browsers, it would be incorrect to talk about Cookies in the context of mobile devices, as these are tracking tools that require a browser.  For this reason, within this document the term Cookie is only used where to specifically indicate that particular type of Tracker.

Some of the purposes for which Trackers are used may also require the User’s consent.  If consent is given, it can be freely withdrawn at any time by following the instructions contained in this document.

This Application uses Trackers managed directly by the Data Controller (usually referred to as “first-party” Trackers) and Trackers that enable services provided by third parties (usually referred to as “third-party” Trackers).  Unless otherwise specified in this document, such third parties have access to the respective Trackers.
Duration and expiry of Cookies and other similar Trackers can vary depending on the settings made by the Data Controller or by each third-party provider.  Some of them expire at the end of the User’s browsing session.
In addition to what is specified in the description of each of the categories listed below, Users can obtain detailed, updated information on duration as well as any other relevant information – such as the presence of other Trackers – in the privacy policies of the respective third-party providers (through the links included) or by contacting the Data Controller.
